Position Summary.
Nuestro Asistente contable se encargara de apoyar las operaciones del departamento de contabilidad, incluyendo el registro, control y manejo contable y financiero de la empresa. Esta posicion le reportara al Coordinador de Contabilidad de Latino America.

Responsabilidades Claves:

  • Apoyar de manera eficiente y oportuna la gestión operativa del área contable financiera
  • Elaborar semanal, mensual y anualmente los reportes contables, financieros propios del área.
  • Registro y Análisis de Facturas, Notas de Créditos a Proveedores (Cuentas por Pagar)
  • Registro de Facturas, Notas de Créditos,  a clientes (Cuentas por Cobrar)
  • Aplicación de Pagos, Proveedores y Clientes, con la respectiva emisión de complemento de pagos.
  • Apoyar de manera eficaz y oportuna en temas Administrativos 
  • Organizar y Archivar Documentos virtualmente.
Cualificaciones Claves:
  • Contador Público
  • Manejo de programas de Office (Word, Excel ) Avanzado
  • Conocimientos firmes de procedimientos contables y financieros
  • Análisis de cuentas
  • Conocimiento en temas de costos
  • Manejo de Software contable
  • Pro actividad, pensamiento analitico, y orientado al detalle
  • Orientación al cliente
  • Capaz de trabajar bajo presion y en equipo
  • Debe poseer un sentido de confidencialidad y congruencia
