Resumen de la posición

Se busca un Especialista en Logística para el canal marítimo, responsable de coordinar y optimizar operaciones internacionales desde la planificación hasta la ejecución, asegurando eficiencia, precisión y cumplimiento normativo. Este rol implica interacción continua con puertos, operadores de carga, agentes de aduana y otros socios estratégicos para garantizar entregas exitosas y a tiempo en destinos globales.

El entorno de trabajo es dinámico, caracterizado por la agilidad, el espíritu emprendedor y la necesidad de adaptarse a cambios constantes. Se requiere una mentalidad enfocada en la resolución de problemas y en el aporte de estructura en escenarios de alta evolución.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Supervisar y coordinar envíos internacionales vía marítima, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de tiempo, costo y normativa de cada cliente.

  • Monitorear diariamente las fechas de salida de origen (ETD) y llegada a puerto destino (ETA) mediante sistema interno.

  • Gestionar la relación operativa diaria con navieras, puertos y agentes aduanales.

  • Solicitar, revisar y validar la documentación de los proveedores, asegurando su envío en tiempo y forma para prevenir retrasos.

  • Planificar cargas semanales y mensuales, garantizando la reserva oportuna de espacios en contenedores.

  • Mantener actualizados los sistemas internos con información precisa de proveedores, transportistas y estado de las cargas.

  • Actualizar reportes operativos diarios y sistemas ERP relacionados con tiempos de embarque y llegada.

  • Resolver incidencias logísticas en tiempo real, incluyendo retrasos portuarios o problemas documentales.

  • Asegurar el correcto proceso de importación en coordinación con las agencias aduanales.

  • Gestionar el cálculo de costos, control de inventarios y transacciones asociadas a las operaciones marítimas.

  • Servir como punto de contacto para clientes, brindando información actualizada sobre sus embarques.

  • Contribuir al desarrollo de reportes de desempeño y métricas de eficiencia logística.

  • Analizar semanalmente los KPI asignados y reportar áreas de oportunidad a su jefe directo.

  • Coordinar programas de carga con clientes minoristas.

  • Dar seguimiento al proceso de facturación hasta la entrega a contabilidad.

  • Atender y resolver reclamos de clientes mediante investigación, propuesta de soluciones y elaboración de informes.

  • Colaborar estrechamente con departamentos de tráfico, aduanas, contabilidad e inventarios.

Requisitos y habilidades

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en logística marítima, preferentemente en comercio internacional.

  • Título universitario en Logística, Comercio Internacional o áreas afines.

  • Sólido conocimiento en regulaciones marítimas, documentación aduanal y procesos de importación/exportación.

  • Capacidad avanzada en planificación logística y gestión de proveedores de servicios de transporte.

  • Habilidades analíticas para resolver problemas de forma proactiva bajo presión.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación interpersonal.

  • Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas (MS Office, especialmente Excel y Access).

  • Experiencia en el uso de sistemas ERP como SAP y plataformas de análisis como Power BI.

  • Bilingüe español-inglés.

  • Experiencia específica en logística de productos perecederos.

  • Familiaridad en la gestión de relaciones con empresas transportistas.
